The Palace of the Family in Yuhorsk, Khanty-Mansiisk in Autonomous District of the Russian Federation

The house was designed in conditions of swampy terrain what made it impossible to apply any of the traditional methods of constructing foundations. The house is built on stilts united by a slab-grillage that ensures its stability. The entrance space is solved with two tiers of windows. The project provides for a hall for celebrations, cafes and administrative premises.
